Overall rating: 4.7 / 5 from 9 reviews.
Love these collars. They work amazing and fabulous and are really sturdy and have held up well….that is until they met their match with one of my dogs figuring out how to unlatch it and my puppy living up to her name and destroying it. Will for sure be getting another one and working with them to stop taking them off 🤣The leash works wonderful as well and my dog heeds to it very nicely and respects it. I am bummed that this happened because it took a while to get this collar via shipping but overall still worth it

Comfort Control Collar and Multipurpose Leash Set - Fuchsia Camo
The clasps aren’t secure. They popped open on me twice while trying to put i5 on the dog. the leash isn’t long enough when I use it hands free, which is why I purchased it. The plastic clasps are not secure enough for an 86 pound pit bull. The collar is well made with metal clasps and will work fine, but I wish I had an equally well made leash.

Store owner replied: Hello Sandra, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the leash clasps and length. This is certainly not what we want for our customers, and the clasps should provide a secure connection during normal use. We also understand your concern about using the leash hands-free with an 86-pound dog, where having a secure and comfortable setup is especially important. We’d be happy to learn more about what happened and see how we can help make this right. Someone from our team will reach out to assist, and you can also contact us anytime at service@sparkpaws.com. Best, Spark Paws Team
It is perfect!!
